Preston Care and Repair is an independent home improvement agency set up in 1993. Its original purpose was to help older and/or disabled home owners and private tenants in Preston to secure repairs, improvements and adaptations to enable them to stay in their homes in comfort, safety and security for as long as they wish.

Our services have developed over the years and now include:

· Supervising major grant works

· Providing a Handy Person Service

· Fitting security equipment

· Helping homeowners to find reliable and reasonably priced contractors

· Home maintenance advice and information.

· Healthy Homes to avoid accidents and reduce any risk in their homes

· Warm Front and other grants to help increase energy efficiency

· Fitting small aids and adaptations
